Nice to get your thoughts on Lijit. I'd considered installing it, but opted to stick with Google search (which I find much more accurate than the standard WordPress option).

Thomas, thanks for giving Lijit a try. We appreciate your support and the post. To answer a few of your questions, it normally takes 24-48 hours to fully crawl your content, which may be why you're not seeing Twitter results just yet.
Also, if you're seeing TechCrunch in your results, it may be because someone in your network has linked to them or includes them in a blogroll/bookmark. Underneath the search results, you should see a link saying "What's the connection?" If you hover over that, you'll see the chain of connections that has caused that search result to be displayed.

I have tried out google search and Lijit on my blog. Both have their own advantages. Lijit has lot of features and good look while I feel that google search is faster. I am eager to try Viewzi as well.
